Managing the affairs of a block of flats is a big responsibility and the consequences if you get it wrong are compounded by the fact that it can affect such a large number of people as well as potentially leaving you personally responsible.
We can advise on all the insurance matters for residents associations including which covers should be in place, calculating the correct sums insured, the optional extensions available such as terrorism insurance and risk management issues. Currently we insure the buildings of 4% of the blocks of flats in the UK under our Elevations Scheme with Aviva who are the primary insurer.
