We have underwriters based in our own office and easy access to leading underwriters in the City who can provide immediate decisions.
Essentially, this means we can give you a same day service and provide documentation confirming cover thus preventing administrative problems and subsequent consequences such as a missed contract.
Even more important is for us to ensure you receive a fast, effective and tailored claims service. We pride ourselves in our dedicated insurer facilities, utilising partner loss adjusters, a 24 hr helpline and quick response for decisions. For more minor losses, a dedicated contractor panel will be agreed.
We aim to provide same day response on any documentation you require, electronically or by mail.

Climate Change
We are all aware that greenhouse gases are currently at their highest and action needs to be taken now. One of our insurer partners can provide a six stage Carbon Neutral programme for major clients. This can lead to increased asset values and reduced running costs. Many of the improvements can be offset against Corporation Tax.
